We’ve found that parents and coaches treat the location of facilities and the identity of “good” private instructors as carefully guarded trade secrets, the names literally whispered among the parents-in-the-know. In our case, because of our network, we are able to provide top-notch professional instructors (MLB, Minor Leaguers, and Collegiate players).
We are a firm believer that private instruction is key to developing the tools and skills to become an excellent player. Research shows that quality and well prepared repetitions are the key factors in improving a player skills in this game. All players will be required to attend one-on-one half-hour private lesson sessions which will turn their weaknesses into strengths, improve their skills and increase their confidence. Unlike other teams, our fees include individual hitting or pitching lessons.
We work hard to align instructors, coaches, and parents on what we are teaching. Many players in other organizations are confused when an instructor says one thing, their coach another, and their parents another. Additionally we aren’t shy about educating parents on what our instructors and coaches are teaching so a player hears one message, so they can focus on being the best they can be.
